Visited here after going to the gym and needing caffeine - their prices are good at $3. The latte I ordered was good - not too hot, not bitter, not burnt. Flavour wasn't amazing, but it wasn't horrible.
Food looked good, staff were attentive, and it has a nice outlook over towards the city from The Well.
Not a coffee snob's cafe, but you won't get an undrinkable cup here.
With such a fantastically posh logo, I couldn't help check out Ebony Quill Food Stores. Ebony Quill is one of few cafes situated in the new establishment of Camberwell, 'The Well'. Whilst it boasts being a food store, a cafe by day, and a function room/restaurant by night, its decor was somewhat strange. Fold out, canvas, beach-style chairs are met by stark interior design.
In the upper dining area, customers are met with a splendid view. In the downstairs cafe though, you're stuck looking at the nut shack, which, for the record, does sell good nuts, albeit not cheaply.
