Double Shot Caffe-Espresso Bar & Lounge

Good cafe with great friendly staff. While sometimes there is a wait for coffee it is well and truly worth the wait. Great outdoor area for cyclist to covene and good sunny spot for those cold cold Canberra winter mornings.

I was brought to this cafe, tucked away in the quiet suburb of Deakin, by a friend who lives nearby. Arriving shortly after 8am, we grabbed one of the few tables which hadn't been reserved by the hoardes of cyclists which frequent the cafe after their group rides.

Our courtyard table was next to a window which gave a perfect view of the barista and espresso machine. It also let me see their blend of choice, Espresso di Manfredi. Arrrrrrgh!
