My dbl ris ethiopian sidamo on the slayer was rich syrup sweet with that golden tone that only slayers can give. Bit ashy but really much better quality than the patchy black crema promised.
My strong flatwhite on house blend was bland. Looked dark and rich and tasted like warm milk. Seriously disappointing. Hoping that when theyre all more settled in and confident they will develop their own blend suitable for milk coffees.

If you love good coffee and the unique and quirky atmosphere of a Melbourne cafe, visit Dose in Sydney. I read about Dose in the Good Living and went out of my way to see the infamous coffee drips and kopiluwak. The lattes and short blacks I have had have been nothing but divine. Strong and hot. I go out of my way to visit Sam and his team. The cafe can become quite busy - but all good cafes do :)

I was recommended by some girlfriends to try out this new hip coffee shop. I went in on Saturday and might i say it blew me away. The interior was very funky as well as the stools and tables. My skinny Latte was to die for and the young owner of the place was very helpful, pleasant and experienced in his field . My experience there was just how my friends explained it. Will i be returning DEFINENTLY!!!
We called in today for coffees and a snack. First thing I'll say is the service is excellent - hard to find in most places - but the owner is an enthusiastic young guy and gives 100%. It was busy when we arrived but he went out of his way to find seats for us. Then he looked after us a treat. Well done.

Been away for a while and when I came back - the same smiling faces, the same perfect coffee. Some of the staff must be here 6 or 7 days a week and they're always cheerful and obviously passionate about their produce.
I met a couple I haven't worked with in years who said they drove from suburbs away on the recommendation of a cycling group they know who stop here every time they ride. Bravo Dose! Don't stop doing what you're doing.
