Every time my wife and I fly to Brisbane, we catch the train into the city and always stop at bowen hills and walk to Di Bella and have multiple coffee and sit and watch the roasting in process, its just amazing to see it all in front of you.
Always feel welcomed by friendly staff too..
The smells that emanate every morning from the roasting are what attract me to park in the Drive Thru and enter.
Staff are very friendly and within a few visits, know you by name and know your brew. If you don't wish to enter the building, a machine and a Barista are setup outside the door for a "grab and go".
The building itself, is painted in the Di-Bella corporate colors (Black and Gold) and there is no mistaking you are at Di-Bella. There is seating available inside and smells that occur during roasting add to the experience.

Hardware / Beans / Training / Roaster to chat to / Staff willing to assist and BEANS, bith green and roasted.
Never had a crappy shot from here...
Good and great and the odd one that was out of the norm but like many places as they become popular and busy; it is harder for the staff to meet all expectations. However they do give it their best shot.

Never had a bad tasting shot here, which is not something I can say for many specialty cafes (even ones I have rated higher).
The espresso is consistently good, sometimes great but the cold brew here really shines. It is much cheaper than offerings elsewhere and often very good and sometimes excellent.

I have just spent the past hour at the Di Bella Coffee Retail in Brisbane. I was greeted by two very vibrant smiling faces when I walked through the doors, with the freshly roasted coffee smell also greeting me.
