Not often can you trust such a young face, but as you would expect from a cremosa bar, the young man can make a fantastic coffee (not to mention nice to look at).
cremosa on albert, is my safe haven, and often my bar of choice, however can range in consistency if nick isn't around.
can't agree with comments below, as each of my experiences at this bar, seem to get better every time, and my colleagues only agree. well done fabio again
This used to be my favourite coffee shop in Brisbane, in the past it had great coffee made by a true barista, great service and quick and friendly staff.
None of it exists anymore. Poorly made coffee that is just churned out to compensate for slow, unfriendly staff.
After reading other reviews I feel slightly confused, I thought perhaps I was reading about the wrong place. My friend and I arrived prior to lunch and it was quiet, my gut instinct told me I might be disappointed, but I gave Cremosa a go anyhow.
Upon arrival the young barista was sitting on the counter reading a book. Around her was an untidy work area and unwiped counter with dustings of chocolate powder and milk spray.

I have recently been relocated to this end of the city, and was recommended by my collegues within the office that Cremosa was the best coffee this side of town, and they were not wrong.
Not only the best this side of town, but i'd go as far as the best coffee within the CBD, and a class beyond.
At Cremosa i am always greeted by a friendly face, and provided with high quality coffee.
Recommended to anyone in the area, or any passes by!
