My double shot Latte had more foam than a cappuccino should for the small glass that it was in. Coffee was very bitter, unfortunately what I expect from Vitoria now. Not a good coffee at all. Thought I'd give them another chance do ordered a second coffee, but 15mins later I had finished breakfast and was ready to leave and coffee hadn't arrived.
Food was good though, eggs were perfect and French toast delicious (poached pear was very watery though). Prices were very good.
I won't be going back though with better places on the other side of the river.
We've visited a few times now, for breakfast and lunch; our coffees are always faultless - perfect temperature, perfect crema, and flavours that I've not tasted from Vittoria before.
Both menus are pretty safe, but the food is really good quality and very reasonably priced for an inner city cafe; great selection of cold drinks, sweets and savouries.
The space is feminine tea-party chic with some ikea mixed in, and while open plan and a bit noisy, we always feel like we have privacy and don't really notice the other patrons either.
Highly recommended.
Interior is so sweet, something you wouldn't expect by looking from the oustide.
Parking was a hassle, but once you are inside, you are transported to another world where pastels and frills reign.
Food was good, but a little pricey.
Overall good menu and coffee.

Candidly, on my one visit, the flat white was insipid. A take away on a rainy day a few months back when I was feeling too idle to travel further - and had been let down by another locations ever changing opening hours. I understand that it may be necessary to banter a little with the barista to ensure an understanding but I did not feel the foundations existed to make the effort worthwhile. The glowing reviews (both within a short time) are a surprise.
