190611; it was a sunday afternoon and had to wait in line to purchase a cuppa.I had read reviews on various sites about the coffees at Cimbalino and decided to give it a shot. This is my verdict:
Flat White: coffee was a little weak, and I tasted more milk than coffee. In lay man's term, it felt as if I was consuming coffee flavoured milk. then again, neither the coffee or milk was burnt or under heated, so in all honesty, the coffee was acceptable.

What a rip off. I went to Cimbalino at CBD and ordered a thin slice of nougat cake. There was no price tag for the cake and I was surprised when asked for $9.00 for the cake alone. Disapointingly the staff did not bother to take the plastic wrap off the cake and simply present it on a plate with no fork. Sadly the nougat cake did not taste brilliant for that price. Will not come back.

My biggest thing is waiting for my coffee i hate it but these guys are amazingly fast(there should be a speed rating on this site) the baristas are skillful and the blend is awesome. Shame its in a food court but definetly best coffee in this town. I travel east heaps and still trying to find coffee this good this fast! Good work guys thanks.
