Cafe Gaia

Cafe Gaia is still one of my favorite places to get a coffee. Food is always fresh and the wait is never too long. The coffee is consistently up there with the best in Melbourne, especially if Wills is behind the machine. I have had some of the most mind blowing Ristrettos from Will.

If you're in South Yarra and want a classy establishment that really cares about what they put in a cup then pay Gaia a visit.

This joint really is the best cafe around. With there new synesso machine cranking out insanely good ristrettos you\'ll be blown away by these guys. If you drink a coffee a day then forget about it, you\'ll definitely be smashing down many more than one!! As the former muscle bound govenator says \'i\'ll be back\" again and again and again. As a number review I ain\'t a fan of giving a ten but these dudes get a big fat ten with a hell yeah too.!! Snap!

What a great place this is. The staff are friendly and smart. I dont live in the area but every time i come here i feel completely local somehow. Chefs are cooking outstanding food, always with something new and delicious on the specials menu each time i go. Addicted to the omelletes! And such a bonus to always get such great service with a smile, along with a fantasticly crafted coffee. Tried a variety of coffee styles here and they are always perfect and hit the spot. Keep up the good work Gaia.

Coffee had a great degree of variation. I had a double shot skim latte, came out looking great, but then the girl opposite me on the communal table ordered a weak latte and it had about an inch of microfoam/froth on the top. Rather disappointing.
