This is the place that ignited my passion for coffee. As a teenager I hated coffee (I had only tried instant) as I got older I would occasionally attempt to drink coffee's made a Gloria Jeans etc but was never a fan. Read More → Like • Share • ReportMainly a little take-away hutch but this dude knows how to make a coffee. Small family owned company that roasts its own coffee (and the barista new not only the countries but the estates, try that at most cafes).
Had a piccolo to start then came back to try an espresso. While I was there couldn't believe how many people came and went without ordering a coffee but got what they wanted, this guy(I think Bart) knows his customers.
The coffee was well made and served promptly even though peak hour was obviously was in full swing.

Walked down the corridor and the smell of fresh coffee just hits you- might be the confined space but it was definitely noteworthy. Have been meaning to go for a while because of the great reviews and was glad I did. Not cold drip pretentious , just simple setup with a guy that knows how to draw a good cup. Impressed!

The team at Brother Espresso just know how to find staff that are friendly and adore coffee.
Great setting in an old building in the medical precinct on Wickham Tce you can have your coffee and sit on some nice little chairs in the foyer. Simple layout but it works well.
Coffees are splendid every time.
You seriously have to admire a Barrista who greats you with a smile, a great story and remembers your orders every time AND hand grates the REAL dark chocolate that tops the most wonderful Cappucinos & Hot Chocolates you'll ever find. The flat whites are consistantly smooth and full flavoured and never with even a hint of bitterness. The Brothers' Mother makes heavenly sweet treats that compliment your daily escape beautifully. Well I have been looking forward to finding this place everyone on the Terrace seems to be walking around with a Brother cup in their hand and now I know why.
Mainly a takeaway coffee joint they still do a great dine in on those great little stools in a great little heritage building.
Coffee is just great and the barista remembered what I had after the first visit.
Do yourself a favour and drop in.
