Been here a couple of times when in NYC. Both times just for milk based coffee but they were very very good coffees. I love the small hole-in-a-wall space and the owner is really friendly.
If your after a good strong and smooth latte or flat white then pop into Abraco and give it a try. One of the better cafes in Manhattan.
Recommended by my mate Andy.. This place is amazing!
There are a couple of great coffee places in East Village, but this is the best of them in my books. They are serious coffee thinkers and the place is always bursting in the morning with people who are in the know.
For those of you who want a real kick ask for the owers specialty called "the black and tan".. it's a double shot with a bit of water and milk, much like an americano, but with their own quantity mix..
The atmosphere is great, most people wander through and get take aways as the place is quite small. But if you want to ...
If not for any other reason go and check out this cafe for its size. It is seriously one of the espresso bars (with a kitchen) i have ever seen. The coffee is great, and apparently they make their own almond milk (instead soy). great food made on site... no seating though.
