A change of coffee, a new machine but same passion to make the best coffee they can.
When I think coffee I don't think of Parramatta but I decided to try out this little cafe because I now work there. I haven't been game enough to try my usual double riz until now....
I have backed up two days in a row and both times I have been pleasantly surprised! Great work from a great little cafe!
Piccolo was average! Milk was too hot (possibly reheated) with an unpleasant acidity, no apparent flavor. Latte art was ok! Breaky in the other hand was good everything was fresh and made on the spot, very quick service!!!! And friendly (surprisingly uncommon)!

People work hard to get good reviews, maybe you should look at some training.
The barista was nice enough and looked like he new what was going on ,but what we
served was not good enough.
I put it in the because i could not finish it
Friendly service with a smile from employees who actually enjoy working there and serving the public refreshments! Well done to Greg and his team.
There is nothing better than a meticuluously prepared and served coffee, if you have never had that experience, I strongly recommend you take a trip to Zesti. Hands down the best coffee experience available.
Fresh salads, sandwiches, wraps and assorted lunch excitements are available and prepared before your very eyes. Great little, out of the way place, you will often find local business people sitting in to do their work and soak up the ambi...
The care & service coming from this cafe is the BEST. Greg certainly knows how to make the right coffee. It's all about service & product, right? Well.... you MUST visit this wonderful place for the best coffee you will experience. Find it in the alley.

Lunchtime on a Monday and the place was packed with people waiting for salads and sandwiches.
My coffee was made extremely quickly with no fuss.
After the first sip, I knew I'd be going back to Zesti. The milk was silky and light and the coffee was not bitter or overextracted. Only problem I had was that it was slightly too hot for me.
Zesti is a great little cafe/salad bar. The is a friendly atmosphere and the coffee is very nice. all the coffees are done in take sways which is convienent for the locals. There is enough space to sit for a short break! It's just off the main drag which is nice! Check it out.

Why? Well, it's certainly not for any sort of swank interior or staff in fancy uniforms. The place is rather stark inside and the staff look like they've just rushed in off the street to serve you.
And they serve you WELL. Even on my first visit I was made to feel like a valued customer. The coffee was expertly prepared and thoroughly enjoyabl...
