Away from Elizabeth Street down an drive way and through a boom-gate alley you will find The Coffee Supplier. Welcomed by a rather minimalist interior the coffee makes up for this and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
Hats off to them for deciding to take a forgotten ground level space and turning it into a great cafe.
The Coffee Supplier is one of my more regular stops. I'm down that way once or twice a week, and I try and make it in every time. Its a great location. hidden down a laneway, then past a boomgate, then down the end of the building. The first time I went was with friends and I was starting to worry as we kept going that it wasn't some joke! It's kind of a hard laneway to find, it's across from where the busses stop at the myer centre.

After hearing a few people mention this cafe I decided I had to check it out. The atmosphere was very cool .. it had an old world sort of feel being in such an old building. Loved the big wooden tables and benches. The staff we're very friendly and attentive.
I ordered a double shot latte followed by a piccolo. The pour and presentation were great but the coffee itself was not as good as I was expecting.
