Post 4pm on a Sunday is a hard time to find a decent coffee, and i'm still searching for one! Used the BH app to find this place, of which had OK reviews.
Had a short black which was cold and watery with little creme. Steer clear of this place if you expect more.
This place is a strange mix of 70s cafe, Lygon St and modern Australia. I don't think it works.
A tacky line of granite tables lines one side of the cafe, whilst a quite impressive bar lines the other. The tables are extremely close together, and the cafe is noisy.
Service is friendly, but clueless. The wait staff really had no idea who had ordered and who was waiting on food. Worse still, the food took a while to come out. And when it did, the waiter was bemused by my wife's request for some milk with her oversized bowl of muesli.
The coffee I ordered was a truly strong latte. Sad...
