Being an employee of Leroy, I was hoping to take your review seriously Alison....
But after noticing you have reviewed over 6 cafes in one day (no-one goes to 6+ venues in one day and managers to recall such detail / eat that many breakfasts). So it is a little difficult to take your review seriously and now you merely come across as an owner or manager of a local competitor who is simply trying to "kill the competition". Finally, some good service from a young lady with short brown hair. Loved the way she zipped around the tables to check on everyone to see how their food and coffee was. Everyone around me was pleased. Someone who actually appreciates feedback - I'm impressed. Coffee came out a little late because it was so busy but they were apologetic and explained the wait - it was so good I ordered another and was happy to wait. The second was even better... First time I've ever been to Leroy and the coffee was great. Barista makes a good latte and I think I have found my new spot. There was prompt service also and I was greeted with a friendly smile.
