Thought i'd try this place out on rainy Monday morning.
I arrived at about 10am and the place was jumping, two guys on a Synesso pumping out coffees, one guy in the back corner loading green beans into a lovely old roaster and a smiling waiter greeting me as I arrive, am I in Sydney?

Its a hard call as the food is good, but as this is to rate the coffee i would have to say this fails a little for me.
I had two expresso's, both were very different, I guess this comes down to the barista, neither blow me away.
One was over extracted and had the burnt flavour, the second was the opposite.
Yes I would come to eat, but would go down the road for my coffee which is a shame.
This place serves ridiculously good coffee! Serves perfect ristretto and perfect FW. The shed just needs better ventilation! especially in the summer time when humidity in Sydney is at its peak.

I dropped in this morning for breakfast.
I couldn't wait to sink my teeth into a pork belly sandwich, but it was busy even that early so wait I did.
However, when I first walked in I was immediately greeting and found a table and placed my coffee order.
Not long afterwards a waitress appeared to take my food order.
My coffee soon appeared.
Nice, with a hint of caramel and possibly a little nutty.
My sandwich eventually arrived and it was as good as the last time.
Absolutely superb!
On the way out I decided to grab a bag of the house blend to take home.
