  Went here based on a recommendation of a mate, coffee is pretty good. Team are passionate about coffee and service was friendly. Wouldnt go out of my way but West Perth is a nice quieter place than Perth proper and I enjoyed it.

  I was informed this place used to do awesome coffee. Unfortunately I tried it many times and it's been Average at best. Recently I went for one of their hot chocolates made with Belgian chocolate. Now that's a great chocolate!

  Shame because epic used to be good. It\'s just overpriced instant coffee (one of the more expensive places in Perth). Also, be prepared to wait a while (15 mins) around lunch time. Apparentlythe chocolate drinks are still good though.

  When I first ordered a coffee from here, the price left me a little shocked (and that's even by hefty Perth standards!). But the coffee was excellent. Also had a mocha from here

  Interesting. I used to come here almost daily in 2008 with work travel. New owners and thankfully the coffee is still great. Not much has changed apart from staff and it seems quieter. ( ambience wise). I like it. Good strength and good flavor and staff who don't cook the milk. Nice.

  As recommended by a colleague, pony espresso, coast cafe and epic espresso being the best coffees in west Perth. I finally tried all 3. I confirm. Very happy with the coffee scene here.

  Hmmm...normally I would be singing Epic's praises (purely from a flavoursome coffee experience), but today's coffee did not live up to prior coffee's.

  Located just off Hay street in West Perth, Epic has a reputation of serving probable the best coffee you'll find in Perth. Being a local, I've had the opportunity to try it out time and time again and without fail the magic is replicated each time.

  It was epic that turned me into a coffee lover!! The wait can be crazy especially during peak hours. Coffee is still as great as before!

  This is what I'm lookimg for when I want espresso. A great coop expertly prepared. If I had to quibble I'd say the cup was a bit cool by the time it strived, but the single origin Balinese was still delicious. Beans by Give Senses, two three group Synessos. Simple industrial ambience, friendly staff.

  They shouldve stayed with their original epic blend. Changing was a big mistake. Heavenly soy mochas though. The best in the whole wide world mm Belgium chocolate melted in coffee mmm

  Would have to be the most over-rated cafe in Perth. Coffee was substandard on each visit and very overpriced! Staff were nice and ambiance fine but is a long way off a 10 Runningbeans

  was really keen to try epic after hearing about it, was in west perth the other day but was a bit disappointed given the reviews. good intention, but got attitude from staff, coffee was drinkable.

  Having been told Epic was the best coffee I thought I better try it. I have my coffee black so the crema usually indicates the quality. There was none! At all! Lukewarm. Ordinary. Thought I'd give them another go so went back 2 hours later. Same again. Disappointed! Won't go back or recommend it.
