  A warning to all, Schmears have changed baristas and the quality has slipped. They still have good people there but the morning guy is hopeless.

  West Perth's Chaotic loss is Schmears gain. The new Guy is a great barista and has great customer service.

  I found this place walking St Georges Terrace looking for somewhere to have a coffee that didn't look like a fish and chip shop. Whilst the fitout and atmosphere leave a lot to be desired, the coffee was definitely drinkable and the food - standard cafe fare / sandwich bar - was ok.

  This is my daily for coffee. While it doesn't sell the best coffee I've ever had, it rates in the good enough category. And only $3.70 for a cup it's not over priced like some of the perfumed coffee joints on King Street. It changed owners in late 2009 and has maintained it's quality.

  Being going to these guys for the morning shot for quite awhile now. Quality is good, and the service is always great, can get busy at times though.
