  Love this spot , situated in the pretty Ye London Court laneway . Beautiful flat white , Fiori beans , rich smooth and delicious ! Great service and food too. Only 3 small tables outside and a few high stools inside.

  Was in Perth for a weekend away and tried a number of coffee shops over the weekend and really liked this place. It's a small hole in the wall and very few seats. But I really enjoyed it.   This place has only improved over time! Def one of the best places in the CBD to get a coffee. Iced coffees are also delicious - not too watery or sweet. Loving the changing lunch/brekkie menus too

  The coffee a bit bitter but strong with nice fruity flavors. Maybe cause it was a hot day the barista seemed pretty pissed off making coffee. Altho I wouldn't have mind paying an extra dollar for a smile to go with my cup:)

  There always seems to be a queue of people outside this hole-in-the wall cafe, so it must be good!
