  Consistency is key and perhaps this needs to be noted by staff. Thankfully I wasn't asked if I wanted my latte in a mug.

  The location itself it nice enough even on the horrible rainy day that we went however the coffee was barely drinkable. Mine was bitter and the after taste was the worst part of the coffee experience. My mum's cup of coffee wasn't any different either.
