  Cafe Gaia is still one of my favorite places to get a coffee. Food is always fresh and the wait is never too long. The coffee is consistently up there with the best in Melbourne, especially if Wills is behind the machine. I have had some of the most mind blowing Ristrettos from Will.

  Pretty decent coffee. Great service and a good vibe. Wouldn't be disappointed with a drink from here, wouldn't be overly excited about it either. Nonetheless it gets the job done.

  The coffee here has taken a massive dive recently. Its still good but no where near what it used to be. Its too weak now.

  Coffee had a great degree of variation. I had a double shot skim latte, came out looking great, but then the girl opposite me on the communal table ordered a weak latte and it had about an inch of microfoam/froth on the top. Rather disappointing.

  If we are making comment on the coffee it is certainly one of the best in South Yarra. Padre coffee, apparently its difficult to make perfectly however Gaia do a great job of it. The food is a little more pricey than I would like to pay but I think that says more about the customers than anything... Read more

  Cafe Gaia would have to be my favourite cafe in South Yarra, despite it being so busy all the time! You are always greeted with a smile, and service is flawless. I was not a fan of Padre until my first visit to Gaia, and I soon reformed. Their pancakes are to die for, and a must have on a Sunday morning!

  This joint really is the best cafe around. With there new synesso machine cranking out insanely good ristrettos you\'ll be blown away by these guys.   easily the best joint in south yarra. and they just got better. brand new synesso and three grinders. this cafe is run by true professionals. its the full package.

  Came across this spot last week for the first time. The coffee was fantastic!! Since then i have been back numerous times. The food is great too. I highly recommend this spot.

  Excellent coffee - barristas obviously experienced and consistently great coffee. Amazing food. Set menu great - particularly pancakes and specials are delicious and far better value than any other cafe in the area. Highly recommend checking it out.

  Gaia is South Yarra's hidden gem. We go there for breakfast every weekend. I wish i lived nearby to make it my local coffee spot. Allpress Coffee and a great Kiwi Barista by the name of Claire make this the best coffee in South Yarra. Go check it out.

  In Sydney, I lived a couple of hundred meters from AllPress in Zetland/Rosebery. So, upon moving back to Melbourne and finding this little gem of a cafe, serving fantastic AllPress coffee....well, I was a happy man.
