Popped by here the other day. Was impressed by the interior -- very modern and relaxing joint. Sadly, the fireplace was described as an anti-heater by the quirky wait staff (cold air blows down the chimney, making those who dreamt of a quiet arvo by a fire cold).

This is a large cafe on Hamilton Street that isn't capitalizing on its size due to a number I weird things. A classy place, really enjoyed my coffee here- worth traveling to Mont Albert for. The food is amazing, very friendly staff.

Been a couple of times recently. Definitely glad it's returned to its deli roots. A good selection of delicious produce available. Coffee was reasonable. My friend had a chai latte which she said was good also. Probably the best place for coffee in the Hamilton St strip.
This place has gone back to its deli cafe roots and has a great feel about it. Coffee was reasonable. Food great. Great on a sunny day in the courtyard.
Great place to go for a coffee in Mont Albert. Long wait for take away so you can\'t be in a hurry. Fantastic food and nice service in a bustling and cosy location. Good coffee, smooth and tasty.

The coffee used to be quite OK, but last time I tried to order a coffee I was told they didn't do coffee without a food order - only the tapas... Read more
Bland but perfectly drinkable coffee, worth a visit for the fantastic food though.
