The coffee here gets better with each visit. Todays single origin was from Kenya, and Cartel have obviously roasted this bean delicately. Silky mouthfuls, very buttery, with a berry acidity. Ten out of ten as an espresso.
Drop by and had a latte. Loving it. A nice strong coffee with creamy texture milk. Not the best (in my preference but I did enjoy the atmosphere) a lot.

coffee was outstanding. heard they did cartel so I popped in and was not disappointed. so sweet and delicate. thankyou cartel via Manchester press.
Love this place! Great atmosphere, great food and great coffee. Lots of large tables which make it super awkward to eat when your put on a large table with 5 other randoms. Other than that, this place is awesome and will be a regular on my Melbourne visits!
I would never have found this place without bean hunter, but in glad I did. Very friendly staff from the moment you walk in and the coffee was just as you would want - hot (and how often does that really happen!), flavoursome and in the case of my strong flat white, just the right balance between... I popped in here today for a taste of Melbourne after some time away. As ever, it is excellent. Definitely worth waiting in the queue.
Really awesome pair of piccolos and some pretty unique latte art too. Love the atmosphere and the staff are pretty fun too.

Came down to this alleyway paradise. Greeted by some good staff. Got my standard long mac. Verdict: 8.5. Vibe is doing heaps as well. Also got stuck into some toasted muesli...rated it.
Gee their house blend is good.
Good coffee. Great atmosphere. Cool art. Food was OK. Not very special. But definitely worth trying. I'd go back.
Funky cafe, caffeinated staff and groovy Melbourne atmosphere. Sit and watch the colorful parade of people and drink some great coffee. Flat white was pleasing with a burned caramel crema tempered by a rich, well textured milk. Piccolo was spot on in ratio of shot to milk. Better than some of the... Read more
Fairly good latte this afternoon. Just an observation but, is this type of latte art with the milk thermometer about to come back? It seems we cant leave anything in the 80's anymore.

Ouch! Seriously good!
Up there with the best coffees in Melbourne and food is very good. To find it, look down the little dead-end lane where BBB is on the corner and you will see the MP sign and a guy shooting hoops....otherwise it appears as an empty little lane. A must visit for out-towners!

Great hidden gem - if you drink milk go a double if you can take the caffeine, the cups are easily 220ml and you'll loose the flavour, which is a shame because the extractions aren't bad. A solid brew.
had a team meeting here, coffee's came quickly and were fantastic! coffee art was quite impressive too. We all ordered juices and took 30-45 mins which was a bit annoying. Overall if your a coffee lover def check this hidden place out

Tucked down this laneway and tricky to find its well worth the search. A funky and interesting cafe bustling with expectant crowds and friendly staff. My latte was full bodied, warm and expertly textured with a cute design and nutty aftertaste. Very busy at times but worth the wait.

Coffee at perfect temp, rich creamy, not a hint of bitter. Fluff infused with milk all the way down in a continuous heavenly blend. Served in a gorgeous black and white cup. Relaxed polite atmosphere with good acoustics.
Great coffee shop. Spacious warehouse style, but with brick walls so hopefully it won't get as noisy as other warehouse style shops. Could have stayed for hours.
Coffee was perfect - double ristretto flat white was full bodied and rich in flavour. Served with gorgeous latte art -... Read more

Impressive latte art. Coffee was really good. Bagels were delicious and the atmosphere is great. Definitely coming back.
Nice creamy flat white, could probably do with a stronger shot though.
We were taken here on a recent walk-around coffee tour of Melbourne. It is tucked away in an inconspicuous little alley, detectable only by the line of people outside. I had an espresso which, whilst still very good, was slightly down on the standard of some of the other establishments we had... Read more

For the love of god, try the bagels. They are fantastic! And the coffee is well balanced and has super cool artwork. Definately a good place to go

Superb coffee extremely consistent perfect temperature excellent taste milk fabulous. Food is spectacular - the bagel with smashed avocado is to die for. Had to wait for a table but was only 5 minutes. Not too noisy inside which given it's basically a warehouse was great. Go here. Now.
