  I was walking back to the office carrying lunch and something caught my eye about this place. The atmosphere was quite elegant and the takeaway coffee I got was surprisingly good. Lots of flavour and it went really well with my Japanese chicken curry

  the trick with finding good coffee shops in Melbourne is to stay off the main streets. most will be hidden with little or no signage down small laneways. so when you see a coffee shop, getting the reviews it has below, located on collins street, it could almost change the mentally that it won't...   The best coffee west side of the city. Don't be discouraged by its non Six Degrees designed exterior. Hermes make a superior organic coffee here.   When I found out about Hermes I felt like I’d been let into a big secret. The baristas are really talented and totally committed to creating great organic coffees. My soy cappuccinos are always creamy and frothy, right down to the last drop.
