  Recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed. The long macchiato was one of the best we\'ve had and the skinny latte was creamy and delicious.

  Based on 8.5 average went to cafe. Nice atmosphere, decent food but coffee grounds in cup. Cafe in arcade so on a cold day take a jacket.

  Caffe Duomo is in the CBD of Melbourne.
  It is in Block Arcade with the ability of entering via both Elizabeth and Collin Streets.
