  Amazing place with equally amazing coffee. Had a flat white to start with and it was so sweet with a lingering caramel taste. Second was a Gautamalian ristretto that tasted of honey and cherries with really nice full flavor. Smelled amazing and had a nice sweet aftertaste.

  single origin from panama had vanilla notes and a chocolate finish. Latte was ok in the five senses house blend. Staff are very attentive and pleasant to deal with.

  Busy, busy, busy. Waited a while for my espresso but enjoyed thoroughly. Lovely 5 senses single origin. Nice outdoor area.

  Willim consistently continues to please. A few days ago I experienced a most excellent takeaway coffee. It actually made my day. Staff serve with a smile and the atmosphere is great, making this my favourite coffee spot in Malvern.

  Willim had not changed hands, all the good staff quit for whatever reason. The owners have gone for a 'rebranding' of an American diner. Not sure I agree with the new aesthetics :/ The food and coffee are fine but not to the standard they used to be. There are other local options that are better.

  Willim has recently changed hands. The coffee is now adequate to good rather than very good, and the food menu remains fairly much the same but the quality has also fallen to adequate

  For the black coffees, a single origin, Etheopian bean is used - very strong oil and acidity. For the milk coffees, a Guatamalan blend creates a smooth taste. Friendly and informed staff. Worth a sit down.

  Hands down the best coffee in Malvern (5 Senses). I haven't tried much of their food menu but the coffee has been more than enough reason to keep bringing me back.

  Very happy that we have a specialty coffee place in this area - much needed! The blackboard on their coffee machine is a cool feature, love it. Definitely worth a visit and worth the trip across town. Love the menu!

  Such a shame there is no consistency to this place. Some days, coffee is amazing and the service atrocious, the reverse other days and every so often, the magical mix that makes it worthwhile. Not often enough to keep me going back anymore though.……
