Once a great cafe, now not worth bothering with. Clearly those in charge know nothing about the concept of hospitality. Uninviting, bereft of atmosphere and sadly on its last legs. Try The Pour Kids around the corner.
What happened? Used to be good coffee but the last coffee I had there was like something you'd get at a country service station. Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing.
Amazing place with equally amazing coffee. Had a flat white to start with and it was so sweet with a lingering caramel taste. Second was a Gautamalian ristretto that tasted of honey and cherries with really nice full flavor. Smelled amazing and had a nice sweet aftertaste. I also had poached eggs... Read more
Great cafe! Had an espresso and flat white. Both were very nice! My espresso had a decent crema.
single origin from panama had vanilla notes and a chocolate finish. Latte was ok in the five senses house blend. Staff are very attentive and pleasant to deal with.
Impressive. They do things just a little bit different and I liked it. Good coffee, friendly service and terrific food.
Great coffee Willam keep them coming guys..
Busy, busy, busy. Waited a while for my espresso but enjoyed thoroughly. Lovely 5 senses single origin. Nice outdoor area.
Amazed to find this fringe style cafe in middle class Malvern. My flat white came with an creative display of latte art. A heart within a heart with cupid's arrow running through it. As for the coffee, the milk was well textured and the coffee had flavour and kick. The staff were friendly and... Read more
Willim consistently continues to please. A few days ago I experienced a most excellent takeaway coffee. It actually made my day. Staff serve with a smile and the atmosphere is great, making this my favourite coffee spot in Malvern.
1 Flat White
Willim had not changed hands, all the good staff quit for whatever reason. The owners have gone for a 'rebranding' of an American diner. Not sure I agree with the new aesthetics :/ The food and coffee are fine but not to the standard they used to be. There are other local options that are better.
Willim has recently changed hands. The coffee is now adequate to good rather than very good, and the food menu remains fairly much the same but the quality has also fallen to adequate
Nice smooth latte. Perfect temperature. Nice looking little place. Muffins were coming out if the oven while I was there. Happily come back.
Consistently good sk fl wt :)
Found this place via Twitter @WILLIMespresso and decided to pop by to try the coffee. It was a very nice latte, and whilst it has a limited selection for breakfast, our breakfast is just beautiful. The owner is very friendly but seems to be working by himself. When we ordered our coffee he did tell... Read more
For the black coffees, a single origin, Etheopian bean is used - very strong oil and acidity. For the milk coffees, a Guatamalan blend creates a smooth taste. Friendly and informed staff. Worth a sit down.
By far the worst coffee in Malvern ( congratulations on that). Please, if you are to retail your Maverick blend coffee, keep it out of the front window in view of direct sunlight. Beans were off.
Nice coffee and great service
Hands down the best coffee in Malvern (5 Senses). I haven't tried much of their food menu but the coffee has been more than enough reason to keep bringing me back.
Average coffee and nice vibe
Very happy that we have a specialty coffee place in this area - much needed! The blackboard on their coffee machine is a cool feature, love it. Definitely worth a visit and worth the trip across town. Love the menu!
Willim used to be for me the perfect coffee place, but now all I can expect is the average cup. Come on Willim step up again
Great coffee, great staff and great ambiance, what more do you need?
Definitely one of the best places in the Malvern/Armadale area for a decent espresso.
