  In all the time I've lived in Hawthorn, this place has changed owners too many times. What once was Toto was then La Giarra, then Isa Brown and now Rococo.   I tried this place out today. The atmosphere is more like a restaurant than cafe. A lot of people were getting food and drinks, not so much coffee.

  This place treats their staff very very badly. They pay then less than is legal and charge them for any mistake they make. For example if the waiter takes the wrong order the cost of the meal is deducted from pay. That\'s at least an hours pay gone, probably two.
