I've been here twice now, and haven't been disappointed yet.
Coffee hit is a new addition to the Hawthorn scene and located off the well beaten Hawthorn track.
Few fades in Melbourne greet you as warmly as they do here. They also make you feel awfully relaxed.
What a nice little hidden gem. From the outside it can be deceptive how big this cafe actually is -- it is surprisingly big! The coffee is awesome, it won't disappoint. Recommended.
Magnificent Coffee, both short macs were consistent in taste and texture. 4 egg omelette was delish.
My first visit to CoffeeHit was a bit of a disappointment, but they\'ve got their groove on now and are consistently turning out great coffees and delicious pastries.
Perfectly parked right next to a tram stop which takes passengers on the no 48 towards the city along Bridge Rd,... Read more
Thank you Beanhunter. Reviews of this cafe caused me to drive an extra mile to check it out and I was not disappointed. Excellent coffee, excellent service
When it first opened Coffee Hit was a funky place knocking out some excellent coffee and great food.
Sadly in the last 6 months it's dropped off quite a bit.
Many of the regular staff are gone, the coffee is inconsistent and the food is both expensive and uninspiring.
This little place is a hidden gem and when your on tram route 48 get off at stop 25 head inside and enjoy the coffee, food and atmosphere here. A lovely escape part of hawthorn to avoid the rat race of Glenferrie Rd. Great staff and consistently good coffee. A new favourite of the coffee critic chin kho!
Amazing coffee! My new favourite place! Breaky was ok but coffee made up for it.
Whilst there has been a rotation of barista's, Troy always keeps a firm grip on the quality of coffee that is produced. Perfectly extracted long macs (often the downfall of many venues). There can be a wait on food but quality never let's you down. Wish I was in Victoria more often!
tried these guys after seeing them on here... much enjoyment. Keep up the good work!

Good all round cafe, close to home. Well worth a visit.
Lost its mojo, staff forgetful, atmosphere has disappeared and more importantly coffee quality is patchy.
2 Skinny Cappuccinos
Sadly not as good as it used to be :-(
Coffee is pretty good but a medium/large is ridiculously overpriced at $4.70. I would go somewhere else next time
Proud to have this shop as my local.
Consistently good coffee, they remember your name, menu is well considered, reasonably priced, and the food is fabulous.
It's not a massive place so can sometimes feel a little crowded, and the seating in the undercover back area... Read more

Flat white was just spot on! coffee and breakfast was great, keep up the great work guys, cool shop. : )
Cafe started off a little slow but has certainly improved leaps and bounds , with the long mac one of the best around the area. If you have time try the breakfast salad, to die for.
CoffeeHit Hawthorn has only been open two weeks but you wouldn't know it - lucky Sean and Troy are working on expanding to a deck out the back because the tables fill up fast!
I prefer the single origin to the blend here - there are also plans to roast and sell beans in the near... Read more
Great little place, with lots of atmosphere, good food, especially the breakfasts. great latte, and cappuccino. Rich blend with good body and consistent bite, so good one was not enough. served at perfect temperature. We have been back many times, and its worth walking the 10k round trip for.
