  Popped in for a quick espresso during the week. Love the simple fit out. My coffee was thick and delicious. Service a little frosty on this occasion.

  After a while, I went to De Clieu yesterday for a good cup of Seven Seeds coffee. The latte was good, except i think the coffee was a tad weak for my liking. I should have request for double shot instead. Nice environment and cafe layout.

  De Clieu was not on my list for my recent trip to Melbourne but I spotted them on my map as I was watching for my next tram stop.

  Cool. Our waitress forgot my order and bought out two lattes, but quickly fixed it with no drama. My cap was pretty good. Nice staff. Cool atmosphere. It has all the 'cool Melbourne cafe' essentials.

  Fantastic customer service, and coffee was wonderful. The latte was so good we ordered a second. The short black from Costa Rica was very nutty and rich. Food was a work of art. High quality venue

  Cool spot on Gertrude. Love the window seats they have goin' on. Had a piccolo here and thought it was a decent brew. Nothing overly exciting but it gets the job done and doesn't let down the palate. A place to try if you're local.

  So smooth, piccolo was amazing, cap was amazing. The atmosphere and staff were awesome. The cafes decor was awesome also. Would love to be here in the summer with windows open just watching the world go by.

  Very trendy, nicely designed space which feels good to be in. Coffee good but not great but is very popular --cruisy tables but often 3-4 people in line for takeaways-- likable staff but please dont pat dogs outside and then serve people food...

  The fit out is clean and modern. The staff ultra trendy but nice enough. I can't help feeling this place is formula driven, but also have trouble in making up my mind if that is a bad thing or not. Maybe I've had too much coffee! Short Mac had nice crema though not a lot of flavor.

  This place has the best magik among the other two that using the same 7 seeds especially the customer service are far better as well, it was fabulous , but unfortunately didn't have enough time to order another one Will definitely come back and try the filter brew next time

  A fine Coffee is done here! Been a few times and mostly the service is great but have found some attitude at times which in fitzroy with its plethora of choices you should be wary of! However, it's right up there with the best coffee I've had!

  The coffee is pretty consistent, always content with my cup. I find the staff and the atmosphere to be a lot more welcoming and enjoyable that Seven Seeds, which I guess is a little surprising in the mo-laden ghetto of Fitzroy.
