rich chocolate flavoured espresso made from aussie grown peaberry beans.
Double ristretto was rich and bold, with savoury nut flavours and a very strong lingering aftertaste of stone fruit and chocolate.
Lovely house blend. Frooooty with milk. Just what I needed without the attitude!! I mean, with love
Worth dropping in for a take away I you're in the area.
I was pleasantly surprised by this cafe, which I'd been curious about for a while, as they serve Australian-grown coffee, which is still unusual.
My espresso was excellent, a good length and nicely balanced.
I was more surprised by my muesli, which is not something I ever rave about,... Read more
In my opinion, Growers is the best in Melbourne. Sure I've been to Axil, Seven Seeds, Brother Baba etc, but I find the simplicity and ability to be somewhat removed from that "scene" an endearing quality, not to mention the coffee. the coffee is always good, really good. Nice little place, staff very friendly and the coffee even more so. I've had better, but have certainly had worse! Would definitely come back if in the area.
Coffee was good, not Fabulous, and I do love it when I can call a coffee fabulous, it bakes me happy. Service good and friendly staff.
The service and staff was a bit flat when I dropped in. I suspect they were coming down from a coffee high. Coffee was well made, but lackluster. I have heard good things through the grape vine, so I will be back to try again. I love the Australian grown focus -- you wont find much of that in... Read more
Eureka Coffee's retail store and espresso bar doesn't dissapoint. The passion of the owners of Eureka coffee shine through here as the Coffee is top notch as all the barista's are professionally trained. Most of these guys compete in the local barista competitions so they know they're stuff. Great... Read more
cool place but coffee was a bit weak. would give it another go though!
Great coffee, friendly, knowledgable staff and a fun cosy environment. Focus on Aussie grown beans and roasted on site. Also a great range of Single origins from around the world.
The house blend from Byron Bay was something different. Worth a visit for. The El Salvador single origin was rich and had blueberry notes.
