  Coffee in Cowes is generally pretty average, and Gulliver's is unfortunately not an exception. My latte was slow and burnt, as was a friend's cappuccino. My reccommendation: generally avoid stores which also sell chips - the coffee is probably an afterthought.

  DON'T DO IT!!
  
  I get to Phillip Island a lot, and have given this place THREE tries in the last year and every time is worse than the last. Yesterday was a highlight - a special hot dog SATURATED in sauce, that fell apart as soon as I picked it up.
