  A great Ecuador single origin was on offer this morning through the Synesso. Remy worked it well and delivered a sweet short black, which had a great full body. Perfect!

  Finally got myself back here after having one of the best coffees on my last visit. This time it was totally different, coffee was bitter and very citrus tasting (not from natural coffee flavours) and as usual they were busy, one of the waitresses being not so inviting when the cafe is very busy.

  wow again never let me down fantastic cold drip and a pour over its amazing beans and the food were also out standing,really enjoying my brunch here with the crowd. well done guys.

  Look, I came to this place with HIGH expectations...... Look, to be honest I was a little disappointed! Don't get me wrong it was great coffee but the latte lacked balance! I'd give it a 7.5/10 in terms if the coffee!

  Reputation of prouds had me expecting great coffee, it was good, not great. Do yourself a favour though and get a lamb sandwich when your at prouds.

  Was in town for MICE 2013 and did the rounds PM was exceptional as always I had the 'Angel Wings' blend as a Piccolo and went for the Kenya French Mission on the short black and our breakfast was awesome to top it off

  Proud Mary offers some of the best coffee in Melbourne. Although the cafe is small and quite loud, the staff are friendly and willing to offer their advice on the best coffee for you. A must try.

  Something about their coffee that is sooooo goood. Only done on drives out in the morn, jump the queue at the door (for those waiting for tables) and coffee comes quick!
