Gotta love this place sitting at the big table with my colleague watching the roasters through the window cupping coffee making sure the coffee is where it's supposed to be! Had a long black and my friend an espresso, my long black served at half the the length of my cup was deep and rich chocolate... Read more
Delicious coffee, lovely staff, very nice place indeed!
Another fantastic breakfast (new menu too) and SUPERB coffees. I love this place.
Lovely coffee. Tried the house blend and boy has it got pull. Well done love your blend. You guys are "livendie" Sorry bout the spelling
Lovely place lovely space and perfectly smooth and strong coffee. Cant go wrong!
Love this place, I come here twice a week and have never had a bad experience with the food, coffee or staff, they're all lovely.
I've some bad news, Wide Open Road has slipped far into an abyss. I was talking with a friend the other day about his recent visit there. He used to love it as well and now - not at all. It's unfortunate because it used to be so good. Today's story goes something like this:

Another great experience at this unassuming cafe. My single origin from Brazil had an intense body and nutty notes. The house blend had bright berry notes, and went down a treat.
Stumbled upon WOR yesterday while drifting down Sydney road with a Mate. Great service, good toast, comfortable place to sit and chill while sucking down the gorgeous house-roasted brews pulled on a Cyncra. Yet another Brunswick treasure.

Good honest coffee spot. Service was friendly and efficient. Generous, good dozed portions of tasty food. Coffee was well prepared.

Fantastic foods and really good coffee be again soon
Back again and it's always the same great coffee
very nice tight place, while small it has a good range of seating options. The coffee was great, only had two espresso's but they were good. Very friendly staff, who were happy to help.

Wow!
I've Been here a few times now and have been impressed on every visit. Excellent coffee and nice staff. Orders served up very quickly on all but one visit and I'll forgive that as it was a very busy Saturday lunchtime.
Easy to miss but worth the effort to find. Coffee was very good and although quite when I went, the place has a vibe about it. Will re visit again.

This place is quite new, but quintessentially Brunswick – right down to the staff who look familiar not only from A Minor but from other places around the suburb. Only been once so far but its cosy, and a nice winter place with the big north facing window. Coffee is excellent as you would expect... Read more

Great place, excellent coffee, in-house roasting, yummy selection of food; their recent renovation brings in more seats, while keeping a 'rustique' decor and prompt & friendly service!
The coffee is great but I've had different preference in my favor. However, I will still opt for their coffee when I am around Barkly St. area.

Seriously good coffee. The terrarium is just an added bonus.
One of my favourite places to have coffee in Melbourne. Lovely lovely people + great vibe. The new renovations mean that the kitchen menu is far more expansive and you can enjoy your fabulous coffee in a more relaxed and spacious setting. Beautiful open space with lots of natural light. Highly recommend.
Nicely caramel house blend
'WOR' is a fantastic addition to the neighborhood for local caffeine junkies! Don't listen to the negative reviews - the staff are friendly and the service is prompt. Little to no signage is part of the experience (imo), discovering a warehouse converted into an alter for the Coffee Gods :D
