This place is a nice little cafe / restaurant / bar. The service was what's to be expected. My cappuccino was good. Not spectacular, but it went down nicely. I like the decor and atmosphere. The window seating with big cushions is great.
I ended up there taking a break from shopping for retro clothing in the area. Mild coffee with well textured milk. They were very busy with breakfast which looked good from afar. Cool tunes but not too loud to impede conversation.

Coffee is good, place overall is awesome. I probably would describe Tom Phat as an outstanding Asian fusion cafe/restaurant that pulls a mean expresso to boot.
Never fails to impress with it's fresh and vibrant food.
