My most favoured spot in Bendigo, the coffee is consistently delicious and the vibe is great, this place draws an interesting and diverse crowd. The owners are dedicated to great food and drink and have created a relaxed and inspired ambience. Well worth dropping in!
GREAT PLACE TO COFFEE. WARM SERVICE AND REALLY ENJOY IT.
Visited with an ex Bendigo-uni friend on the day before I left for SEAsia and was pretty happy with my going away brews. I had four coffees in a short sprint, all enjoyable and up to scratch. An Espresso on the house bean was full bodied, bright and smooth with a nice dark crema. The single... Read more

Brilliant coffee and great food. I love all the knick knacks of furniture, accessories and decorations to keep eyes entertained while sipping on a flat white. Would definitely come here again when visiting Bendigo!
Decent coffee and good food. The service is excellent, the staff were very attentive and friendly. They were very apologetic when they got our order wrong and replaced it immediately. Highly recommended for coffee and brekkie/lunch.

Bendigo's coffee scene is beginning to really flourish (happy day!), so when I say OGB brews rank among the best in town, it's high praise.
I've been enjoying coming here since it opened a couple of years ago, for both the coffee and the food (and if this was called 'Breadhunter' I'd... Read more
I love this place, esp since the extra room was opened up. Great coffee, decor and I love the fact that I don't need to take a number to my table.
The cafe roasts their own blend and offers a single origin. The doserless grinder was a definite plus, and the coffee was enjoyable and subtle. The decor is indie in an unsightly way - certainly the cafe's weakest link. $4.50 for a standard sized strong soy latte is probably a little too steep, but... Read more
Coffee is fantastic and the staff are very lovely. I had the same problem with google maps where I ended up in front of centrelink.
Tacky decor made charming by friendly staff and great coffee.
Great coffee, yummy breakfast burrito and fresh juice. Just be aware the map (both google and this one) is deceiving... It will take you to Centrelink (subtle hint?) look out for beaurepairs... It's opposite that!
This was my second coffee of the day & I was looking forward to a better one than my first. Flavour was good, but I'd describe it as luke warm, disappointed! Also wasn't impressed to see a staff member eating while preparing food, a big no no in my world!

Really enjoying this cafe in Bendigo. Great food, great drinks. Love the iced chai, fresh juice and it may just be my new fave spot
I love Old Green Bean. I'm lucky enough to work within about 150 metres so a quick coffee run is usually always on my mind!
The coffee is awesome. I'm not exactly a coffee officianado, but I know a good coffee from a bad one - and the coffees at OGB do not disappoint!

Walking into a synesso always has me feeling uneasy. It means its either going to be exceptional coffee or the barista doesnt know how to use it and it under achieves.
First problem at this place is ordering and paying at the counter. You want people to tip? Change this. Paying before you... Read more
