Terrible experience at 4:30pm on 22 Dec 2014. The skinny girl in black shirt provided bad service. Feel sorry for her boss. No wonder their veviews getting worse.

The guy behind the machine looked like he could bench press me with one finger (this is right next door to Dohertys gym afterall), fortunately he was also quite friendly and the coffee smooth and delicious.

I've been to Cartel coffee and their coffee is terrible, fortunately T'Roys does the bean more justice.

I could look past the gimmicky nature of Sensory Lab and the lacklustre service if the coffee was consistently good... however in reality Sensory Lab manages to be the McDonald's of 'specialty coffee' - good enough drop when everywhere else is closed (late opening hours), otherwise there are better spots pretty close by in the cbd.
