Thoroughly enjoyed a Rwandan filter coffee today. It was brewed using an aeropress, and the coffee grounds were sifted in a sieve to remove any fines. I thought this attention to detail was exceptional. The result was such a sweet cup, with absolutely no bitterness or unpleasant flavours. Its one of the great joys of Melbourne having cafes such as Vincent to Dog, where coffee is done to perfection each and every time. The only negative... its not close enough to my place! None the less, battling the traffic on Punt Rd to get here is well worth it.

Had a fantastic Kenyan espresso, as it cooled the flavours of black currant and berries were so good, then had a piccolo from the famous superior blend, as usual, cut the milk sweetly with nice full flavours coming through

They use Genovese beans. The shop has terrific ambience and a great place to sit and watch people. Coffee was very average - bit on the bitter side.
