  Been looking forward to trying out this place. Visiting from Sydney, did not disappoint. Coffee was extracted well and smooth strong character. Definitely worth a visit for your coffee fix when in Hobart.

  Beautiful coffee. My wife rarely finishes her coffee but she had the entire cup and was really happy. Pork belly sandwich was very tasty and so were the muffins that we had. Best part is that they are OPEN ON SUNDAYS! Best coffee in Hobart.

  I have written a review about pilgrim coffee before. Because their coffee is consistently good, I go back. Staff are friendly. Service, prompt. Always recommend it to friends from interstate or from overseas. They have all enjoyed the coffee at pilgrim!

  Probably the best latte skills I experienced on my trip to Hobart, could have smoother tasting beans though, good consistent coffee, place has a very Melbourne feel. Breakfast choice quite limited.

  Great atmosphere for meeting friends and doing business. The house blend leaves a lingering bitterness after the enjoyment of the coffee but the single origin was allot nicer! One of the better Hobart cafes!

  I'm from Melbourne and this cafe was up to standards. Not over busy, this cafe is run by some young people with great barista skills.
