There's no real distinct wow factor in the roast, just consistency. Hyde park has lost appeal from the change of owners a few times. I wouldn't rate this my number 1 CIBO.
After experiencing some ordinary coffees at other CIBO's this one served up delicious coffees although some of the cappuccinos could have been a bit hotter. Lattes were excellent and reminded us why we frequent CIBO when in Adelaide. Service was good and quick even with a full house.
Cibos was so good to begin with. Now it's a massive chain and the coffee is usually overdone and bitter yet also weak. Mass produced food does not help.

In their early days Cibo made great coffee. Now they have many more outlets they are much more about production than they are about quality.
I have experienced slow service every time I've dropped in for coffee. Sucker for punishment, leaving disappointed every-time.

Used to be my favourite but things have taken a decline. Always believe you have to give feedback to the business, so have done so personally. Come on Cibo, clean up!
A real institution in Adelaide with various outlets.. Always top quality coffee made by true professionals in their field Highly Recommend.. Great Savoury and Sweet Italian inspired short order menu too..
