  Fantastic everything. The new Bar 9 is probably slightly less hipster-friendly now that it sports things like 'tables' and 'leg room' bit the coffee is consistently great, the staff is friendly and prompt and the atmosphere is great. Best coffee in that area.

  another day in bar 9, the picollo i had tastes so much better, must be because of the different blend they had, moved to the espresso it was fruity and complex and finish of with the syphon! fantastic honduras coffee. and the scrambled eggs with blue swimmer crab was devine! great experience!

  Ventured here with the family whilst on holidays.

  Consistently good coffee. I always expect a little something different with the flavours and am rewarded. The larger shop lends itself a lot better to a cafe concept. communal tables, cosy 2 seaters and larger seat-benches look pretty good and are functional too.

  One word... wow. Tried the syphon brew first. The claim was it\'s different, it\'s more than that. It was a great experience. I chased the syphon with a short Mac... Excellent... Adelaide can be proud and hold it\'s head high... full marks

  Always great single origin blends at Bar 9, food is absolutely amazing and served with a smile, very component baristas as well as amazing customer service skills. All round a great place to spend time with friends :)

  Over the weekend I popped into Bar 9. What a busy place. The vibe was cool. The coffee was great but the service was lacking. Not sure I would make it one of my regulars because I had some trouble getting a park.

  I'm from melbourne and in Adelaide playing the fringe fest. I was SO pleased to find an incredible coffee here. 5 senses, lovely single origins, it would definitely be up there with all my favorites from home. Fantastic work guys! You've made my caffeine hits for the next two weeks very satisfied.

  Cant say i loved the place. With such a good rep i expected a lot more but was let down. Coffee was average and the lack of customer service turned me off. The place looks half finished (from my understanding it is?) and sipping my coffee with construction in the background isnt appealing!

  I love bar 9, Ian and his crew are always informed and friendly and ready to discuss coffee. The actual coffee is delicious and basically made to order. It's great they have such a wide range of coffees.

  My work team regularly travels here from town for "meetings". I have either a long black or a long macchiato and find they are consistently good. They do seem to vary quite a bit though between good, great and fantastic.

  The best coffee I have had in Adelaide so far. Great "tweaked" 5 senses beans, a knowledgable, passionate bloke in Ian and a FREE, unrequested baby-chino. Nice one.

  The café has a synesso with two grinders (compak). They have syphons (must be a growing thing in SA), drip filters and an Ice brewer on display.

  Tucked away on bust Glen Osmond Road, Bar 9 has a relaxed, organic edge and serve consistently great coffee. If you are a cibo fan, don't bother, this is real coffee - in real wash up cups!
