  Great coffee, very happy with my latte. I would love to see you go with a local roast rather than merlo, it would give you the edge. Get to Wilburs when you are in melbourne next.

  I've been trying to find a decent coffee since I left Melbourne.. This is by far the best coffee in Townsville.. The toasties are yum too!

  Had a coffee here couple of months ago and was left a bit disappointed, the flat white was okay however lacked any real body or intensity, just a plain generic merlo blend.   What a cool little place.
  It has a real Melbourne / Bohemian feel to it, staff was friendly and service good.
  But what I don't get though is why put in a mainstream average coffee like Merlo.

  As far as Qld coffee goes, this place is right up there. Love the jaffles and very funky fitout. I'll always come back here when I'm in Townsville.

  Nice little shop, great for Townsville and good to see something a little different but the coffee isn't the best... I'll go here for a beer anytime... Merlo coffee and nothing spesh at all... :(

  The Sweatshop never fails to deliver with friendly service, brilliant coffee and fresh, delicious food! As one of the only places in town to get Merlo, it had me at hello! The jaffles, free Wi-Fi and board games make it one of my favourite places and I love just spending time there..

  By far the best coffee shop Townsville (and north Queensland for that matter) has to offer. A great selection of mouth watering jaffles and enough pieces of art and merchandise to keen you enticed and entertained for hours. Their selection of penny boards was my personal favourite.
