  Shingle Inn are a Brisbane cafe that has recently branched out to Toowoomba. The fit out and atmosphere are nice. It nearly has a restaurant feel, while still being cafe size.

  I felt disregarded at the shingle inn, and the result of the food and drink felt the same.
  
  I feel that if I pay a substantial amount of money for a meal, I shouldn't have uncooked chips and burnt bread and fillings.

  Loved the food, coffee is nice and consistent. Atmosphere is wonderful - warm and cozy. Staff are nice with good service.

  Absolutely fantastic cafe. Brilliant food and coffee selection. Brilliant service. Brilliant atmosphere. Well spaced. Very warm, cosy and inviting.

  Shingle Inn. What can I say? This review is negative. The service was almost bluntly rude. Food was undercooked. Drinks were watery and split after a few minutes on the table. I won't bore you with the details of this disaster date, but lets just say that it was hardly a "decadent" experience.

  Visited last Saturday, with my husband and sons, found the coffee to be great smoothwithh a rich aroma , we ate light meals and found them the be excellent also .Many thanks to Robbie her service is to be modeled on great job! See you next time.

  I loved this place! I stopped in one day and it was just beautiful the service was fantastic really friendly and I had a piece of this passionfruit cheese cake absolutely lovely my coffee was great and the atmosphere is brilliant I found that service was quite quick and I would definitely recommend it.

  I visited Shingle Inn with my mother recently, and wont be returning.
  
  The barista didn't know what/how to make a short macchiato, so I had to stand at the counter and coach her on how to make it. The beans were burnt, the soy was split and there was a lot of sediment in the cup.... Read more

  Coffee is way over extracted. Long black had no crema with some dissipated very pale crema on side of cup. Very expensive for the quality of the product.

  Love the look of this place so have tried it a few times. Both times, service is slow and almost non existent, lunch was nice the first time, cupcake was stale and awful. Both times coffee was terrible! Won't return despite how lovely it looks inside :-(

  I had great hopes for a Single Inn in Toowoomba, having visited one in Caloundra. Unfortunately my hopes were dashed.

  Just visited Shingle Inn for Lunch, the coffee was great ,service was excellent and food was well up to standard to the cafes around toowoomba. I also had my boys with me and it was also great to find a place welcoming of kids. Certainly will be back in the future.
