  Second espresso was good not quite as excellent as the first, but still very decent. It occurred to me that referring to Gibsons as an institution is hardly fair iro the coffee!

  What a strange find to see a La Marzocco amidst a homewares store. The food here is really good and the coffee is actually okay. The service is really wonderful.

  i've worked near gibsons for 6 years now and i love the coffee, the food and the staff who are always friendly, the coffee is of good quality and consistant, they have a great reputation amongst my friends and clients, and will continue to support local business, keep it up guys

  Yes it's a cliche but Gibsons is a bit of an institution in Noosa even though it is actually in a most unglamorous part of Noosaville beside Harvey Norman and underneath a Karate Studio.   Espresso on the la marzocca was just as creamy and full bodied as it should be. Flavour I would rate nearly perfect, certainly not over roasted. Rating coffee alone - 9.5 Two of the prior ratings are the longest posts I have ever seen on BH. Made me wonder if paid adds have reached BH?
