  don't usually write reviews but after getting so many average coffees from all over the gold coast I just had to say the one I got from Canvas was unreal. Made my day and the staff were awesome. Will be going back for my daily fix!

  Had a wonderful visit to Canvas and was delighted with my piccolo. Great service and love the quaint atmosphere. The barista seems to have a genuine fondness of his customers and always great to see regulars coming through the door.

  In the Nobbys precinct this is by far the best option for coffee. They use Deluxe Boutique Coffee (roasted by Brendan Elcham from Canteen). Smooth full bodied coffee. Nice people running the place.

  Lovely location here, we sat outside with the sea breeze. The coffee was excellent. The staff were very friendly and the shop was lovely both inside and outside.

  We came here for coffee every morning, early, before 7am (great for morning folk!) for a few days and drank consistently full bodied, delicious coffee. The menu is limited, but the food products are fresh, wholesome and delicious. The staff are friendly and efficient. Very highly recommended.

  For a while there I didnt know if this was an art gallery or a cafe... But glad I ventured in the coffee is really nice and though the artsy fit-out can be a little intimidating (not wanting to sit on something your maybe not supposed to) the coffee I had here was probably the best in Mermaid!
