  Couldn't believe the rating on this place. Walked in and immediately could see why. Having tasted I now believe. A must stop when in or near burleigh.

  Ordered 2 double ristret flat whites in an 8oz take away and I will have to say it is by far the BEST take away coffee I have ever had. Perfect temp and it was full of intense chocolate flavour, so sweet that you would almost think that it had sugar in it. FANTASTIC.

  Just got denied a coffee due to a $10 minimum in eftpos. I thought barefoot barista was bad for charging $0.50 for under $10.00 transactions but these guys don't even offer that! Last time ill step foot in canteen.

  returned yesterday, another great experience. have to say though the "environmentaly friendly" take away cups do not hold their heat well. seems like consistent staff result in good consistent coffee

  What can be said about Canteen that hasn't already been said? It's a hidden little gem in the heart of Burleigh and they have amazing coffee.   Awesome coffee. I send out my peeps to Jermaine and Phi, who without doubt are the best baristas at this place. The other baristas need to get schooled more by these guys. Phil caresses the coffee milk frother like no one else I’ve witnessed before. Well done gents and keep up the good work.

  took my daughter in for a coffee and she had grandson in a pram, young girl suggested we could sit on footpath or we could leave, i didnt hear her but my daughter did, good coffee crap service i went day before they were arguing amongst themselves go try the coffee but if your a family go somewhere else

  I have been in before and unfortunately this time was a let down. No acknowledgement when I arrived, followed by a long wait for my coffee only to have burnt milk. Coffee flavour was still nice and I know these guys can do better, we will see next time.
