  Beautiful coffee and great customer service. I also bought some beans from them that I'm using in my aeropress at home - and they have been very tasty.

  After reading all the reviews I had very high expectations for this coffee, but It was very average coffee when I had it, the coffee was just a bit too bitter and service was average. The shop fitout is really good thou.

  I've been here three or four times now since arriving back in Australia 12 months ago, and I have to say that I'm somewhat disappointed.   Well, it's been a while since I was at West End and I certainly made sure that when I was....I was heading for Cup to get a coffee. I was out of beans too...so it was perfect timing.

  Man it was a hot day when we visited. Too hot for coffee really. Service was quick and coffees came out pretty quick. Piccolo was good. Can't remember if it was single origin or not.

  Single origin espresso - Santa Rita, Columbia. Flat white - house blend. Both came out perfect. Poached eggs were good too. Sweet vibe and nice wall art. With 150 positive reviews you can see this is an established spot for top coffee

  Ok I must say I still love their coffee but today I had a coffee and my partner had hot chocolate. The coffee was good but the hot chocolate was terrible!!!!

  This is my 3rd cup experience. Today the coffee was somewhat burnt but otherwise ok. Like the atmos and food; just seems that sometimes the barista is not as good as you'd hope.
