I had a takeaway coffee here in the morning which was amazing. The milk was so silky and was at perfect temperature. Because of this I went back this afternoon for another coffee, this time to have there. This coffee was made by another barista which was unfortunate. My second coffee had burnt milk... Read more
sunday afternoon about 4pm, i went to this coffee shop while better option in this area all closed. order a double shot latte, make by a lady around her 40. worst ever coffee i received in australia. bunt and weak and salty , no like a coffee but mixed with full cream, soy, skim milk and dishwasher... The other reviews are about right with this one. The coffee is variable but generally ok. The food is good with some nice healthy options. To sum up: you wouldn't come just for the coffee, but it's probably worth it if you want the food.
One of the few cafes open on a Sunday avo in Southbank, it seems. Very hot long mac, but a nice mix when it cooled down.
Certainly a great informal setting, this cafe is far more casual than the surrounding cafe options. It boasts some large tables (all outdoor seating), with plenty of room to enjoy your coffee (and/or get some work done). That said, be prepared that you will most likely be sitting in the walkway... Yes it\'s ok, not amazing but not bad.
Being a cyclist I stop at this coffee shop often, usually it is early in the morning. The coffee is always consistently good, great taste and the milk never burnt. Denim use Lavazza coffee which is not one of my favorites but I really look forward to this coffee stop of a Sunday morning.
We had a large, friendly group of young adults. The service was efficient but not exemplary. They gave a select portion of our group discount cards but left me out!!!! Cakes are $10. Coffee is great tasting but warm.
Lavazza coffee, good cakes and rad looking snacks, but bad coffee. Nearly burnt milk. If desperate do it, otherwise don\'t
If you're looking for a good coffee in southbank i would avoid this one. I have been here three times once in the morning, once at lunch then at night. Each time i found the coffee (latte, short Mach, flat white) to be consistantly inconsistant, bitter espresso, either too hot or not hot enough,... Read more
Went with friends and ordered 2 x Mugs of Skinny Cap and some fruit toast. $6.80 for a cup, and only one came out. Ended up getting a refund for the other as it was time to go. So in a nutshell, Very expensive, terrible service and one of those places where you have to spend $25 to use a credit card.
2 Skinny Cappuccinos
The coffee performance is just too inconsistent to make this a reliable place to go.
YUM! This cafe not only serves great coffee, but it is also situated in a really funky part of Brisbane, South Bank!
The coffee was the best I have had in a while, really creamy and the perfect temperature. The service was effecient, and the staff were friendly.
I came to this cafe on a Friday night and the atmosphere was buzzing. Right outside the cafe there was a free salsa class going on and everyone seemed to enjoy the evening.
The seating is right on the street and I sat on a very comfortable couch with my girlfriend. We ordered a... Read more
