This is a great new addition to Brisbane. I had a Piccolo that was really fantastic and perfectly presented. I was also really impressed with how down to earth the barista was, and the great relaxed atmosphere of the place.

Great dopppio, quick off the bat, reasonable location, nice urban chic feel and helpful staff. The doppio was very well extracted, full mouth feel, almost sweet in its lack of acidity and low bitterness but solid enough to linger and bring a smile to your face. Well worth a visit.

checked in after a busy morning in Brisbane. nice coffee, bold and strong dutiful tendancies. if anything the milk was slightly over done, a bit hot and bubbly but from what I can tell this place.is doing well.

Fantastic coffee and service. If this place is on your way to somewhere it's a privilege you should relish. If you don't call in and have coffee there you shouldn't be on this site :)

Yet another great coffee place in trendy New Farm. Cool, rustic setup, friendly staff and best of all great coffee. Our skim lattes had bold flavours with smooth texture. They also have a great little menu of light meals.

This is a great little place right up against the sidewalk. Awesome atmosphere and you often see it open late. They know how to make a really good cup of coffee. I drink a double ristretto f/w and it is always smooth and rich. They are consistently good. Service couldn't be better.

Coffee that is close to perfection, friendly staff and a great atmosphere. You couldn't ask for more from Home Ground. A quick coffee stop can easily become a 1/2hr chat with the staff. Once you've visited Home Ground once they will remember your order and have it ready by the time you get to the counter!

Very groovy little establishment... Friendly staff - the service is quick but you're not given the hurry up. And the coffee? My mate reckons the flat white was a 7.5 and I give the short black the same. An extra half point for the cookie that comes with it!
