  I have been to this coffee shop twice and will never return again. Their desserts are enormously overpriced and the last trip I went pwe had to wait 20 minutes for the coffee, which tasted average at best. The problem was the wait made no sense as they were not exceptionally busy.

  Wanted to try this cafe, but at 1:30 on a Saturday they were closing. This is why I support cafes in shopping centres or McCafe because they are open. Sorry wont be back either no times advertised.

  Best coffee in the area by far. Coffee is well made every time and beans are good. Well trained baristas, friendly service and lots of space to sit. Good to sit and chat or study.   Brand new cafe in the McDowall Shopping Centre. They serve excellent Elixir coffee and an assortment of cakes and snacks. Service was very friendly and prompt.

  It's great to see a cafe like this in this centre, as there's not alot of great coffee around here.

  Won't go back! Very poor service. Four new customers went to try it out yesterday afternoon at about 3.30pm. One lady had rung to confirm opening hours as she wouldn't arrive until 4pm.   Great coffee, smooth could be stronger, decent selection of cakes. A shame there's no real meal menu. It's no so hard to find a good coffee in the area now. Friendly staff, even brought over a small treat for the kids.
