  It's time for an intervention at The Rare Pear. This is not something I say lightly; but seriously, occasionally I visit a place that really misses the mark and the only thing that can improve the situation is a serious re-focus.

  Thumbs down :( Di Bella coffee is like QLD wine...... Not so good the milk was way to hot and it tasted like mud

  Boooooo! I can only judge on the coffee as that is all I had,but booooo :( The coffee was way too hot and the flavour was lost. Service was friendly on a positive note and I also like pears.

  Food was delicious, and for the price, it really should be. This place isn't cheap, but I'd like to think you get what you pay for. Coffee was better than average, but once again, I would expect to get quality coffee for the price.

  Such a great local treat! Dab coffee and yummy food. Cakes are different and tasty. Recommend the breakfast- if you can get a seat. Am lucky to have The Rare Pear so close to home.

  Pricey but great coffee and great atmosphere. Qualified staff and yum food. I think I've had at least 20 coffees there and only 1 was less than perfect. $4.50 for a medium takeaway coffee but its worth it.

  TWO THUMBS UP!!! awesome coffee ...especially with their raspberry and sour cream cake. we go there often for breaky, sometimes you have to wait 5mins for a table if they are busy, but the food is definately worth the wait.
