Down to earth, local espresso bar. Mainly single origin beans from Papua and New Guinea roasted well by the owner so their ground and served at the optimum time. The coffee was well extracted and milk well textured. Good community hub!
The small takeaway was quite large so the coffee was a bit weak. Was good flavor but could have used an extra half shot to give me the proper coffee flavour instead of a coffee flavoured milk.
Found the coffee was nice but had a burnt/smokey flavour and a little pricey. Iced coffee was delicious and as it should be. Bloke who served us was funny and endearing and made the mistakes very forgivable.
1 Soy Flat White
Quite a potent blend. Had a long black - beans had only been roasted night before - so may have been reason crema did not hang round for long.
Coffee still good but this will be my second and last visit after being charged an extra dollar on top of a small flat white $3.50 to $4.50. Nearly a 30 percent increase for a public holiday!
Still my favourite coffee in Brisbane - consistently great and with a distinctive flavour I have not found anywhere else. As a bonus Jett is open on public holidays when the options for good coffee are extremely limited. I'm happy to line up and pay my extra dollar for such awesome coffee and... Read more
I find this coffee a bit insipid, not helped by the fact their smallest take away is a 12oz.
1 Soy Latte
It has been a while since I first started going to Jett, and I confess it was mainly due to the opening hours over Christmas and New Year that had me returning.
The cafe is an old shop very much like the location of an olde style butchers shop, located in a suburban street with... Read more
Had a couple average coffees here.
Coffee was rubbish and expensive. My long black was too hot to taste and served to me in a glass. Ordinary. Food is basic but expensive. I had a bacon and egg muffin that looked like it had been bought from McDonalds and fired up in the microwave. It's a shame because Jett has a nice location with... Read more
I do not necessarily think that this is "the best" coffee in Brisbane, but it is reliably good. The service is exceptional and very friendly. If you live locally (i.e., Hamilton, Ascot, Hendra, Clayfield), Jett is a great place to drive by and grab a quick coffee on the go. You can be confident... Read more
I have been to this cafe a fair few times, it is located not far from where I live so it makes it easy to get a quick, good coffee with not having to travel too far. The pour their coffees quickly and know how to handle a busy crowd. This is a very popular coffee destination for the Hendra area.... Read more
I travel a lot with work and love using bean hunter to find random little gems like this, I had my usual double ristretto and it was smooth full bodied and very tasty. I also had a good old toasted ham and cheese which was made with quality bread and ingredients, nice and sunny out the front of the... Read more
I've worked in hospitality for over 7 years and feel I'm quite fair when considering feedback. The coffee tasted over extracted giving it a watery/burnt taste. The milk was poorly textured and tasted burnt too. The coffee wasn't made in a rush either as the shop was dead quiet. The thing that... Read more
Coffee is consistently good. Reasonable selection of tasty food at OK price. Coffee is a bit xxy dollar wise but the value is there. Can be busy on weekends but worth the wait. Parking reasonable at most times and wide variety of local and visiting trade gives it a welcoming atomosphere. ... Read more
2 Skinny Cappuccinos
Just the best coffee!! I still marvel at my first sip after 3 years. I walk out feeling great after listening to idle chit chat with barista and locals. What more could you want!!
Good coffee good muffins lacks a little for space, friendly staff good for a chat
Coffee was very milky...probably had something to do with the enormous takeaway cups. For me a 16oz cup is NOT small! I\'d give them another go though if they had an 8oz cup for $3.50 :) Great little shop and fitout - better than average overall.
Friendly staff, great coffee, delicious, what more do you need. Oh I had to crush up my take away coffee cup to fit it in their tiny bin, but I'll live.
1 Soy Mocha
I only have great things to say about this coffee. It is always perfect. I highly recommend Jett at Grange.
Great coffee but way exxy, near priciest in town, and at the back of the Grange!?
A well executed double latte is worth traveling for, and that\'s why I found myself at Jett on a lazy Sunday. Their unique and tasty house blend of coffee is a lovely change from the generic Merlos and Segafredos that Many small Brisbane espresso bars have to offer. Sure it cost $4.50 for a 12oz... Read more
Addictive, smooth, consistent coffee - even the decaf is great. Tim knows everybodys name and their favourite coffee order. Open every day of the year. Bit more $ than other places, but you get what you pay for.
1 Latte
Consistent, smooth, creamy coffee every time. No matter what time of day or how busy they are, it is always a wonderful coffee. Great owners, service and customer loyalty.
Jett cafe at the Grange is a little slice of coffee heaven in a city that is almost devoid of consistently good coffee.
Tim is a coffee genius who tailor makes your coffee exactly how you like it. The service is friendly and personal and you can tell that great care goes into the... Read more
