Went with a friend for coffee and my friend ordered avocado toast, the waiter looked like he needed a dose of antidepressants….I swear he was so unhappy to be at work and in a profession where smiling and enthusiasm goes a long way! The coffee was terrible, service worse and the avocado toast was... Read more

Great change for a venue in Coorparoo that used to be a hardware store for a number of years.
Inside it's a retro tour with their furnishings taking you back to the memories of nannas house.
The coffee was their own blend which was a little mellow and floral. It works... Read more
Been here a few times mainly for lunch and the food is fresh and tasty. Went again for breakfast on Saturday and the coffee was so much better than previous times. They've changed to Toby's Estate-easy to drink, body and no bitter aftertaste. Staff were great and it has a really relaxed feeling... Read more
Sadly, an insipidly weak coffee in a rather interesting venue.
The coffee isn't anything special and the service leaves a lot to be desired, lucky the food is very good. It's a great looking cafe, really is a shame that I've been forgotten the last 3 times I've visited here.
Granted this is pretty cool little cafe. Kind of feels like you're in an Op Shop though. Had breaky here last week with my partner. Unfortunately the coffees were quite milky and thin. The food was delicious though there was a slight menu error. Nevertheless a good spot to spend a lazy day browsing... Read more
What a groovy store, recycled furniture, mismatched chairs, records playing in the background. Coffee is not bad either, though the barista was observed obsessively tapping the tamper against the group handle.
Good coffee and great old stuff. Older than retro! Menu looks good but haven't tried. Worth coming just for the stereo.
One of my favourite places to hang out. OK, the coffee is good but not outstanding, but a mug of coffee comes in a real mug, not an egg cup. The decor is classic vintage and it's like visiting Nana's house. There are even wheel barrows with fresh herbs growing outside. For all that it's a big... Read more

Food is way over priced for somewhere that cant cook bacon. One staff member was more than rude, snarled at the thought of providing hospitality. She was way too cool for school covered in tattoos that would more sit a brothel. Atmosphere was so good and spacious, just really let down by the above... Read more
